I’m Aisling Bihari, a writer from New Hampshire who believes that stories can make faith come alive.

When I was ten, I imagined a campfire story and turned it into my first book, God’s Favorite Tree. It started as part of a family tradition where we listened to the stories in the crackling of the wood. My story was about the devil stealing God’s favorite tree — the one that would become the Cross. That small idea grew into a year of writing, drawing, and working with an illustrator I had never met in person.

Now, years later, I’m still writing and still chasing that same spark that began around the fire. Through Mercy Blossoms, I hope to help families and children see the love of God the way I did as a kid: full of wonder, beauty, and hope.
